Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Other Business Activities

Research activities are managed independently from all other business operations, in accordance with SEBI RA regulations. Third-party products, educational services and consultancy activities are conducted separately from RA business operations. Fees collected from these independently managed businesses are not considered fees for research services.

Indemnification and Liability

Users agree to indemnify the owner against losses or legal claims arising from their use or misuse of the website, or any violation of these terms.

Cancellations, Modifications and Jurisdiction

The owner reserves the right to terminate or modify these terms at any time; clients are responsible for staying informed of updates. Legal jurisdiction for any matters is Delhi, National Capital Territory of Delhi.
